Our morning began in the beautiful area of Glencoe. Lots of movie scenes were taped here and it’s easy to see why. Braveheart, Skyfall, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Outlander to name a few. It’s a beautiful area of Scotland.
Next we stopped at Duone Castle also known as Castle Leoch in Outlander. It was also in Game of Thrones and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
The gardens at Stirling Castle are beautiful!
Our last stop was the Wallace Monument honoring William Wallace whose story was depicted in Braveheart.
Dinner was amazing at Mama Mia in Stirling!
We are at another amazing Air B&B for the next few days. We have been very pleased with all our stays here in Scotland.
